- We ask you to raise at least £1,000 by January 2025.
- When fundraising, you must adhere to the Institute of Fundraising guidelines – www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk – and not do anything that brings the name of Orchid into disrepute in any way.
- All sponsorship money raised must be donated to Orchid and cannot be split with any other organisation or used for a participant’s expenses.
- Sponsorship money raised must be submitted to Orchid by July 2025.
Registration responsibility
Please note that your charity place is not confirmed nor guaranteed until you have completed the registration form directly through the event organisers. You will receive a registration link by email from the event organiser and Orchid will alert you when you should have received this – it is your responsibility to submit the information before the allocated deadline.
Withdrawal
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are no longer able to take part in this event, to help ensure that we can fill any remaining charity places before the final registration deadline.
If you are unable to take part in the event, you will not be automatically guaranteed a deferred entry into any future event and we may still ask you to raise the minimum sponsorship. Requests will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful for any reason, that part may be disregarded and all the other terms and conditions shall continue to be effective.
