Leave A Gift in Your Will

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have been able to achieve so much in our fight against male cancer. However, we know that there is still so much that we need to do.

One of the ways you can help us is by supporting us with a gift in your will. Anyone can leave a gift, however small or large. All legacies are gratefully received.

If you are particularly committed to one element of our work, such as supporting the Robert Lane Tissue Bank or work for a particular male cancer, you can direct your legacy to a particular project.

We appreciate that family and loved ones come first. After they are taken care of, we would be extremely grateful if you would consider leaving a gift for Orchid.

Gifts in your will are not subject to inheritance tax as Orchid is a charity.

Different Ways to Leave a Legacy

Residual Legacy: This is a donation of the remainder, or a percentage of the remainder, of your estate after all debts, taxes, expenses and other bequests have been made.

Pecuniary Legacy: This is the donation of a fixed sum specified by you.

Specific Legacy: You may like to leave Orchid a personal possession or asset such as a work or art, property, or stocks and shares.

Revisionary Legacy: This is a good way to protect the interests of your loved ones first. You would leave your assets to a specified beneficiary to enjoy during their lifetime, with the whole or a portion of your assets passing to Orchid on their death.
