Our Fundraising Promise

Our fundraising promise is detailed below. We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator and we are committed to ethical and responsible fundraising.

We are a community of supporters, volunteers and staff passionate about making a difference to the lives of those affected by a male cancer diagnosis. Thank you so much for being part of our work. Your kindness and generosity will provide much needed support to thousands of people.

Our Promise

We are committed to high standards.

We do all what we can to ensure that fundraisers, volunteers and any fundraising contractors working with us to raise funds comply with the Fundraising Code of Practice and with this Promise.

We comply with the law, including legislation that applies to data protection (including GDPR) and health and safety.

We are honest and open.

We answer all reasonable questions about our fundraising activities and costs. Our Annual Review explains how we spend your donations and fund activities for the benefit of those affected by male cancer. Our Privacy and Security policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal details.

We are Clear

We are clear about who we are, what we do and how your gift is used.

We give a clear explanation of how you can make a donation and amend a regular commitment.

We always aim to avoid jargon and use plain English.

We are Respectful

We respect the rights, dignities and privacy of our supporters and beneficiaries.

We will not put undue pressure on you to make a gift and equally, if you no longer want to give or you want to reduce your commitment, we will respect your decision.

If you tell us that you do not want us to contact you in a particular way, we will not do so.  We will never share your details with third parties or sell them on for financial gain.

We are fair and reasonable

Our approach ensures that vulnerable people are protected while having the opportunity to contribute.

We take care not to use any images or words that cause unreasonable nuisance or disruption.

We are Accountable

If you are unhappy with anything we have done whilst fundraising, you can contact us to make a complaint. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact:
