Volunteer for Us

There are plenty of ways that you can volunteer for us, from collecting money to supporting awareness campaigns.

We believe that volunteering should be good fun – why use your spare time doing something you don’t enjoy?! We promise we won’t ask you to do something you don’t feel comfortable with or ask you to do too much.

We have loads of fun volunteering roles available, from organising social events like concerts, coffee mornings or pub quizzes to speaking to schools and social clubs about our work. Ask us about the opportunities available.

Are you friendly, enthusiastic and want to make a difference? Do you have great organisational skills? Are you confident talking in public? Can you approach people in the street?

We will support you every step of the way, providing you with training, information and toolkits. Currently, we are looking for:

Community and Events Volunteers

Our community and events volunteers help us by:

  • Organising or helping to run an event
  • Assisting with a school or rotary presentation
  • Attending a cheque presentation event
  • Supporting us during Male Cancer Awareness Week – an important annual fundraising opportunity for us

Collection Champions

Could you spare some time to collect money for us? You could collect money in your shopping centre or station – or you could join one of our planned station collections.

Remember that councils, especially in London, may restrict charity collections or you may need to get permission from shopping centres or other public areas.

We can also supply you with our collection boxes so that you can ask local businesses to place them at their tills.
