Orchid Nurse participated in the recent EAU Patient Advocacy Meeting to improve the patient journey

Orchid Nurse Rob Cornes was delighted to take part in the most recent European Association of Urology (EAU) Patient Advocacy Meeting which is funded by the EAU and an initiative of the EAU Patient Office.

The group consists of urologists, patient advocates and orginisations from all over Europe and meets three times a year. The most recent meeting was held in Rome. Rob is the advocate for penile and testicular cancer within the group. The aim of the group is to create information and resources which will improve the journey for anyone affected by a urological condition including cancer. Orchid is currently working with the group on prostate, testicular and penile cancer projects which will benefit patients throughout Europe and the UK.
