We were delighted to once again present at European Association of Urology Annual Congress, Europe’s largest urology congress, held in London from 13–16 March.

One of the roundtable discussions we led focused on “Penile Cancer – The Impact on Mental Health and Intimacy.” The session brought together Rob, our specialist nurse, alongside several penile cancer patients and their partners, who shared powerful and honest reflections on the psychological, emotional, and relationship challenges that can follow diagnosis and treatment.

The discussion highlighted the importance of recognising the often-overlooked emotional and intimate aspects of penile cancer, and the need for greater support for both patients and their partners throughout their journey.
